With every Garage Door Service call we include as part of our service a 25-point safety and checklist for preventive garage door maintenance. This is a list of safety and maintenance related items that each one of our technicians will review for each service appointment.
Not only will our inspection address potential safety issue but it might also save some money for your family or business with regards to future expensive repairs or parts replacement. If we see something that you should know about with regards to safety or maintenance we will let you know. Each technician will review the list below during your appointment. GARAGE DOOR OPENER INSPECTION
1. We will check the Control Panels, Remote controls and your keyless Entry system.
2. The Trolley along with the Rails & Chains will be looked at.
3. We will make sure your Safety Eyes is operating safely
4. The opener gears and motor will be checked.
5. Electrical wiring
6. Our technicians will check on the safety reverse and the limit switch for your garage door.
7. We'll check the chains or screws of the opener
GARAGE DOOR INSPECTION 8. Is your door balance properly with the right tension? We will make sure it is.
9. The garage door springs will be evaluated for rust and breakage.
10. Garage door rollers are key elements of a well functioning garage door.
11. We'll check for cables that are broken or frayed
12. If your garage door has safety cables we will check those as ell.
13. Each door has a drum for the cables and we will check to make sure this essential piece of your garage door is works properly.
14. Is the center bearing worn or broken?
15. The end bearing plates holds a lot of weight and need to be properly secured and fastened.
16. Is the pulley system working safely and properly?
17. Forks will be checked.

22. Technicians will double check the spring anchor and torsion center plate.
